Scoring Lame - £30 (+P&P)
The only lame a baker kneads! Chief Sourdough Slinger Wayne and metal guru Campbell MacFarlane have teamed up to create the ultimate lame for scoring dough. The lame is constructed from stainless steel and is surprisingly lightweight due to its uniquely designed handle to reduce weight and improve grip achieving the featherlight hold and control required to score dough. The lame has a unique locking system which ensures your blade will not dislodge during dough scoring. The blade is quick and easy to change out. Razor blades are not supplied.
