Yes, this masterclass is suitable for all levels. Please remember that making a good baguette will require plenty of practice.
Do I have to download all of the chapters?
No, all of our chapters are available to stream from our website therefore there’s no KNEAD to download to your devices. We decided to use streaming so that you don’t clog up your device with over 2 hours of videos!

Do I get a baguette recipe?
Yes, you will get a downloadable recipe plus the recipe and method are also on the video tutorials.

No, we have a chapter dedicated to creating your very own starter from scratch!
How long will I have access to the online masterclass?
Once you enrol in our online masterclass, your access will last for one year. You are free to revisit lessons, resources and course materials throughout this time, allowing you to learn and grow at your own pace for as long as you KNEAD.
