Rackmaster

Metal guru and baker Campbell MacFarlane is the GOAT for anything to do with bakery metal fabrication and the creator of the world famous RM2020 and RM24 oven plus lots more baking kit from tins to trays. Based in the UK and shipping worldwide.

Ratton Pantry

An independent, family-owned business originally founded by two home bakers, Victoria and Sean, in 2020. I find Ratton Pantry extremely useful for speciality flours of all kinds.

I would not be without my trusty bench prover retarder which I use extensively throughout my baking and it’s a great space saver too. I stand my Pro baker mixers on the top and it’s also good for bench work.

Wright’s Flour UK

G R Wright & Sons Ltd was founded over 150 years ago by George Wright and has been a family business ever since. Six generations later the business is now run by David and his son James.

I used Encore T55 in my sourdough baguette online Masterclass with tremendous results. A French grown wheat milled here in the UK.
